Youth has to be raised by making agriculture a profitable deal.

Government does not accept the order of the court, otherwise the payment of sugarcane will be done in 14 days and the mills will have to pay interest money on delayed payment.

Vision And Mission ?

We have to save our farmers which produce food products for us, statistics show that the debt burden on the farmer has increased because farming has become a loss deal due to which the farmers of the country are badly burdened with debt. Our governments and society have left our food providers with the support of their destiny, due to which they are not only being looted financially but their dignity is also being hurt.

Free Farmers From Cycle Of Debt And Deaths

When the government of the country can forgive thousands of crores of rupees to big industrialists, then why can't it forgive the small loans of the farmers.

Change Farmers from Employee to Employer

Agriculture plays an important role in the economy of India. Agriculture has been the medium of our economic, social and spiritual progress.

Awareness of Constitution rights of Farmers

Our constitution says that every citizen should have equal opportunity as well as accessible justice.

Right to determine price for their crops using MSP guarantee law

MSP by Govt is based on A2+FL. While this was to be done on the basis of the formula C2 cost + 50% given by the Swaminathan Committee.

Farmers of india should be Self-reliant

Making farmers self-reliant by organizing producers of products to promote agribusiness.

Strong Farmer Leadership in Parliament

India is an agricultural country, whose 80 percent population is dependent on the agriculture sector and related activities, it should not be ignored.

How we started

India's food provider today is dependent on food grains and instead of helping the farmers, it is being exploited. Electricity Department, Revenue Department, Bank, Insurance Company etc. are all engaged in exploiting the farmers. Due to which farmers are embracing death or are being forced to migrate in search of work.

Exploitation of farmers by sugarcane meal

Due to illegal recovery from the farmers in the society, arbitrariness of the officers and dues of crores of rupees to the sugar mills, the back of the farmers was broken and there was no one to listen to the farmers.

Exploitation of farmers by electricity departments

Farmers and laborers have been exploited due to the dictatorship and bribery of the officers of the Electricity Department.

Exploitation of farmers by APMC

The stubbornness of the officers of the Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee (APMC) and the exploitation of the farmers by the jobbers.

Exploitation of farmers by revenue department

The people of the revenue department are busy in exploiting the farmers for bribery. Farmers keep going round the tehsil but there is no one to listen to them, due to which the problems are increasing.

Our Journey

Honorable Sardar V.M.Singh, National President of RKMS for 30 consecutive years, has made farmers benefit thousands of crores of rupees by fighting court battles for free. Even today, Sardar V.M.Singh ji is fighting the battle to get interest on sugarcane payment delayed for more than 14 days and to make a law to guarantee MSP for farmers' crops even after winning the case from the court.

About RKMS

Rashtriya Kisan Mazdoor Sangathan (RKMS) was formed on October 8, 2000 to fight for farmers' struggles, debt relief and remunerative prices in various states of the country. To secure the rights of the farmers, it is the first comprehensive organization in India at the national level, which works to provide legal rights to the farmers in a constitutional manner.

RKMS National President Sardar V.M.Singh ji, when the sugar mill owners had announced not to run the mill in the sugarcane crushing season 2013-14 and 2014-15, he got the mill started in 3 days after getting an order from the High Court. Because the farmers were forced to pay sugarcane on Kohlu at the price of ₹ 125 to ₹ 150 / quintal. While the mill got ₹ 280/quintal sugarcane price fixed by the state in both the seasons (2013-14 and 2014-15) after commissioning.

On the other hand, showing the recession of sugar, the mill owners gave the price of sugarcane in 2013-14 as an installment of ₹ 260 instead of ₹ 280 under the pressure of the court, but refused to give the second installment of ₹ 20/quintal. The same in 2014-15, the state government tied two installments. One ₹ 240 and the other ₹ 40 / quintal. But when the sugar mill owners refused to pay the second installment for both the years, then after getting the order from the court, the price of ₹ 20/quintal in 2013-14 and ₹ 40/quintal in 2014-15 was given to the farmers.
